Mission Statement
The mission of the Saugus Affordable Housing Trust Fund is to provide for the creation and preservation of affordable housing in the Town of Saugus for the benefit of low and moderate income households. Affordable housing may take any form (traditional and non-traditional), and may include single family, multi-family, congregate as well as other types of housing; and may include both homes to be owned as well as rented.
