	ANNOUNCEMENT The Proposed Charter drafted by the Saugus Charter Commission is scheduled for distribution to every residential household in Saugus the week of September 14, 2009. Additional copies may be obtained in the Town Clerk’s Office or in the Board of Selectmen’s Office during regular business hours.
