INVITATION FOR BID
Sealed bids for the sale of SURPLUS BURNERS, Power Flame Type C will be received at the Purchasing Department in the Saugus Town Hall until 11:00 A.M. on October 11, 2011 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.
Bid documents may be obtained at the Purchasing Department, Town Hall 298 Central Street, Saugus, Massachusetts 01906.
Bids are to be sealed in an envelope, marked on the outside with the words “SURPLUS BURNERS” #23-11, and returned to the Purchasing Department prior to the opening date and time.
The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid, or any portion of same, which is expedient and in the public interest. The Town of Saugus adheres to an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Program.
