Town of Saugus Announces Open Space Public Forum on Thursday, March 16, 2017

(Saugus, MA) March 9, 2017 – The Town Manager, Planning and Development Department, and Open Space Committee, in conjunction with the Metropolitan Area Planning Council, will host a public forum on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Auditorium to discuss open space in the community.

Residents, business owners, and public officials are all invited to attend the public forum and engage in the planning process of improving open space and recreational fields in Town.

Saugus has a great deal of natural open space, and the Planning and Development Department wants to hear how these underutilized assets can be improved, expanded, and created to better suit the needs of the community.

The public forum will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Auditorium, 298 Central Street, Saugus. Light refreshments will be served.
