Town Clerk Reminds Residents to Renew Dog Licenses by June 30

(Saugus, MA) June 6, 2018 – Town Clerk Ellen Schena would like to remind Saugus residents with dogs to renew their furry friend’s license by June 30th, 2018.

All dog licenses must be renewed annually through the Town Clerk’s office. Licenses cost $12 if the dog has been neutered or spayed, and $15 if the dog hasn’t been fixed. Cash or check is accepted. Residents must bring an up-to-date rabies vaccination certificate in order to obtain the license.

Any licenses renewed on July 1, 2018 or after will be subject to a $20 late fee, in addition to the license fee.

The Town Clerk’s office is open on Monday from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday from 8:15 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
