Town Manager Scott C. Crabtree and Police Chief Domenic DiMella Announce Appointment of New Police Officer

Town Manager Scott C. Crabtree and Police Chief Domenic DiMella welcome Police Officer Daniela Salinas

(Saugus, MA) October 10, 2017 – Town Manager Scott C. Crabtree and Saugus Police Chief Domenic DiMella are pleased to announce the appointment of a new police officer at the Saugus Police Department: Daniela Salinas.

Officer Salinas holds her Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from North Shore Community College. She was sworn in to her new role on Friday, September 15, 2017 at the Town Hall, and her first day on the job was Monday, September 18, 2017.

“I am pleased to appoint Officer Salinas to the Saugus Police Department, and to welcome another officer to the force,” said Town Manager Crabtree. “I wish her the best success in this new and challenging role.”

Salinas will complete her field training within the next few weeks, and then she will be assigned to the Patrol Division.
