Town of Saugus Announces Trash/Recycling Running on One-Day Holiday Delay Due to Observance of Columbus Day

(Saugus, MA) October 4, 2017 – The Town of Saugus announces that trash and recycling collection will run on a one-day delay from Tuesday, October 10, 2017 through Saturday, October 14, 2017, due to the observance of Columbus Day.

Trash and recycling will not be collected on Monday, October 9, 2017, due to the holiday. Collection will then resume on a one-day delay for the remainder of the week. Residents should leave trash and/or recycling out the morning after their regularly scheduled collection day.

The Compost and Recycling drop-off site will be open normal hours on Saturday, October 7, 2017, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
