Town of Saugus Announces Trash/Recycling Running on One-Day Holiday Delay Due to Observance of Labor Day

(Saugus, MA) August 31, 2022 – The Town of Saugus announces that the trash and recycling collection will run on a one-day delay from Tuesday, September 6, 2022 through Saturday, September 10, 2022, due to the observance of Labor Day.

There will be no collection on Monday, September 5, 2022, due to the holiday. Services will resume on a one-day delay from Tuesday, September 6, 2022 through Saturday, September 10, 2022.  Residents whose collection day falls on Monday will be collected on Tuesday. Collection will continue to run on a one-day delay for the remainder of the week.

The compost site will be open normal hours on Saturday, September 4, 2022.
