Saugus Town Manager Scott C. Crabtree Announces Appointment of Christine M. Moreschi as New Chief Administrative Aide

(Saugus, MA) March 28, 2017 – Town Manager Scott C. Crabtree is pleased to announce the appointment of Christine Moreschi as his new Chief Administrative Aide. Moreschi, who began her new role last week, will replace long-time Chief Administrative Aide Susan Dunn following her retirement in July.

Moreschi holds her Associate in Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from North Shore Community College. She most recently worked as the Administrators’ Secretary at Veterans Memorial Elementary School, a position she held for five years.

Moreschi is a Saugus native with deep roots in the community. She is a member of the Saugus High School Project Building Committee, Food Service Committee, Wellness Committee, and St. Vincent de Paul. Moreschi serves as the President of the Belmonte Middle School Parent Teacher Organization, and is a former member of the Veterans Memorial Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization.

In this highly complex administrative and supervisory position, Moreschi will independently maintain and supervise financial records, produce quality correspondence and other documents, and act as a liaison with departments heads. She will work directly alongside the Town Manager and Communication Specialist/Administrative Aide. Together, the Town Manager’s office will continue to assist residents with various issues and concerns on a daily basis.

“I am pleased to welcome Christine to her new position,” said Town Manager Crabtree. “Christine holds an ideal skillset for this challenging role. I am confident that her extensive knowledge of the Town, experience at the Saugus Public Schools, and expertise with administrative tasks will make her an asset to my office and to the community.”

“I am excited to collaborate with the Town Manager and help out with important Town projects and initiatives,” said Moreschi. “The Town is changing in a positive light. Over the past few years, I’ve seen the Town change for the better. Now, I want to be a part of that change.”
