Acting under the authority of Mass. General Laws, Chapter 111, Section 31, the Saugus Board of Health will hold a public hearing to amend Article 25 “Tobacco & Nicotine Delivery Products Regulations/Work Place Smoking Regulation”. This Amendment, in accordance with the Town Of Saugus tobacco regulations would include a restriction of the sale of flavored tobacco & Nicotine Delivery products. This public hearing will be conducted on Monday, March 7, 2016, 7:15 pm at the Saugus Public Library, 295 Central Street.

Please have yard waste curbside by 7:00 am on your regular scheduled collection day. Separate trucks collect trash, recyclying, and yard waste.
Paper leaf bags are preferred for leaf disposal. If barrels are used to contain the leaves, barrels MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED YARD WASTE WITH BUMPER STICKERS ON BARRELS (free at the lower level of the Town Hall), and remove covers so that leaves are visible. NO BRANCHES OR BRUSH ARE COLLECTED CURBSIDE.
