Trash/Recycling Running on One-Day Holiday Delay Jan. 20-25 Due to Observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day

(Saugus, MA) January 13, 2020 – The Town of Saugus announces that the trash and recycling collection will run on a one-day delay from Tuesday, January 21, 2020 through Saturday, January 25, 2020 due to the observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

There will be no collection on Monday, January 20, 2020, due to the holiday. Services will resume on a one-day delay from Tuesday, January 21, 2020 through Saturday, January 25, 2020. Residents whose collection day falls on Monday will be collected on Tuesday. Collection will continue to run on a one-day delay for the remainder of the week.

The compost site will be open for winter hours on Saturday, January 18, 2020, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
