You must also stay vigilant when engaging in outdoor activities, as many species of tick carry diseases including Lyme
Often times a tick will attach itself to clothing during outdoor activities like landscaping or walking through taller grass. It is very important that you engage in frequent checks to ensure you have not been bitten.
Should you find you've been bitten by a tick, you must be sure that you remove it properly. Stay safe!
