Housing

In coordination with MAPC, the Town of Saugus has developed a Housing Production Plan in order to better understand the changing needs and demands of our growing community.

In order to provide community members with information on affordable housing in town and the surrounding communities the Town of Saugus collaborates with the Metro North Regional Housing Services Office (MNRHSO), hosted by the Town of Reading, and includes the towns of Saugus, North Reading, Reading, and Wilmington.

"The MNRHSO provides affordable housing support and information for community members and citizens looking to live in our region. MNRHSO monitors the affordable housing units for our community and is committed to the four members’ missions of expanding low and moderate income housing options."
